So so true. As a marketi=er, too often I see ebisnuss owners put all their marketing dollars into the one basket, and often a basket that everyone else is putting their dollars / time / effort. Cross channel marketing does not need to be expensive to be effective, done properly in can be extremely rewarding.I totally agree small ebisnusses need to get back to basics. Get to know your customers, both on and offline. Let them see the value of what you are offering, and give them a reason to come back.Great article. Thanks
