Once you have posted on LinkedIn, do not make the mistake of thinking that your LinkedIn posts work is done. Instead, monitor your post for comments and when they come in reply to each one.

The LinkedIn algorithm is always evolving, LinkedIn use it to determine how many impressions any individual post will receive. Similar to the algorithms that control all social networks, there are many variables that contribute to its performance. The number of comments a post receives is one of the variables that will affect how far a post is promoted. In short, a post with 100 comments will be promoted on the LinkedIn platform more than a post with only 5 comments.
