In this video, I discuss, Why you Shouldn’t Sell on Price. If you operate in the B2B sector or the services sector you are likely to have other businesses competing with you. It is essential that you create a value proposition for your business that is not based on price. Price is something simple that can easily be copied by your competitors meaning you will have no point of differentiation from them; furthermore you may be perceived as a cheap brand permanently. Instead focus on delivering higher levels of customer service or developing expertise around a particular business segment. In the video, I explain how I have developed a value proposition for my company that does not mention price.
